For the Latch mountain bike shoe, we started with a new fit that brings the foot closer to the pedal and flattens the profile of the sole, optimizing the contact patch between the sole and the pedal. So we partnered with a team of rubber engineers to formulate Tack Rubber, a highly resilient compound that pairs grip and durability in our new Gamma tread design. And at the heart of the shoe is a revelation in performance called Mute Foam, a specially engineered midsole foam with a slow rebound action that reduces vibrations and vibrations to help you stay connected to the pedal, no matter ruts, roots and rocks. .
