The Assos Winter EVO socks are designed with mid-weight insulation for cold weather conditions. An odor-resistant polyamide blend traps heat and wicks moisture away from the skin to keep feet dry. Plush fabric over the toes creates a more comfortable, warmer design on the most vulnerable part of the foot.

Assos garments are designed taking into account the riding position. Some of the Assos models are designed specifically for cyclists with an athletic build. Assos cuts are anatomical, depending on the A.E.P.D. system. (Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design). Assos designs its garments paying attention to the protection and comfort of the cyclist without exceeding the pressure points. The best way to feel the anatomical precision of Assos is to put on the clothes and get on the saddle: you will feel the clothes adapt perfectly to your cycling posture. Naturally, the sensation once you get off the bike will be less comfortable.
It is recommended to choose the correct size for maximum comfort. A garment that is too large could cause irritation and an uncomfortable sensation due to creases or excess fabric, since the ALS system of the Assos sizing system would not act correctly. If the garment is too small, excessive stretching of the seams would increase the pressure making it uncomfortable.
Recommendations for use:
Do not force the seams to wear Assos garments
Wear the garments correctly before getting on the saddle, especially the pad and other pressure points, without forcing the seams or joints
Keep your distance from branches and shrubs to avoid damaging the fabric
Washing tips:
Wash Assos garments separately to avoid friction with other fabrics and preserve their specific properties.
Always separate light items from dark items
Before each wash, turn the clothes inside out to keep the inside outside
Assos garments can be washed in the washing machine using a protective bag and a delicate wash program (max 30ºC)
Do not use fabric softener or aggressive products on fabrics. Always use liquid and neutral soaps (for example Assos Active Wear Cleaner)
Do not iron or wring Assos garments to remove excess water
Do not tumble dry. Leave to air dry, away from sunlight.
Storage:
After each use, place Assos garments in a ventilated area; however, we recommend washing them immediately after use
Dry and store avoiding direct sunlight
Do not store clothes in damp or closed environments (avoid plastic bags, sports bags, etc.)
In case of profuse sweating, it is advisable to rinse the garment in cold water after each use. This will protect the fibers from bacteria that could damage the fabric.
