RETURNS (for orders in ITALY)

Products purchased on ShopForCycling.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.

The return has no additional costs and will be refunded via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The return procedure must be carried out via the dedicated area and reachable via THIS LINK

Once the return procedure has been completed, you can print the waybill to apply to the outside of your package.

Below you will have to book the collection by the TNT courier via THIS LINK

Once the goods have been received, you will be refunded the full amount of the products purchased excluding the shipping costs incurred during the purchase phase. If there are no shipping costs in your order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

RETURN PRODUCT CONDITIONS: To proceed with the return, the products must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use or washing, with their original box and/or bags, labels, instructions and everything that was included in the original packaging. They must therefore be in the same condition as when purchased. ShopForCycling recommends that you always read the labels and instructions attached to the products.

WARNINGS:

- returns handled differently from what is indicated in our terms and conditions will not be accepted.
- it is forbidden to purchase two different sizes for the same item with the aim of trying the product and returning the wrong size.

RETURNS (for orders OUTSIDE ITALY)

To request a return, the first thing to do is contact us by email at this address help@shopforcycling.com indicating:

- the order number
- the collection address
- the reason for the return request.

Once the request has been made by email, you will receive the waybill to attach to the package and the date of collection of the package by the courier.

The shipping costs incurred by ShopForCycling will be deducted from the total amount of the returned products as indicated below:

- EUROPE: €16.90
- EXTRA EEC: €26.90

WARNINGS:

- returns managed differently from what is indicated in our terms and conditions will not be accepted.
- it is forbidden to purchase two different sizes for the same item with the aim of trying the product and returning the wrong size.

PRODUCT CHANGE

Products purchased on ShopForCycling.com can be returned and therefore refunded. We do NOT manage the size/product changes of the items.

In case of needing to change the product, you can return the incorrect order and place a new order by purchasing the item you are interested in.

IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

We always check the products before packing them.

However, if you find a defect in the product, within 10 days of receipt, please contact us to report the problem so that we can evaluate together whether it can be resolved without returning it.

In the event that the product must be returned because it is defective, the customer can choose to receive an identical or equivalent product to the one previously purchased, or a different product but of equal value.

It is possible to receive a refund of the total value of the product.

If ShopForCycling finds that the product is actually defective, the cost of the return shipment will be borne by ShopForCycling.

The shipment of the new product chosen will be borne by ShopForCycling.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system and can be consulted during the purchase phase.

Shipping costs are set according to the area:

ITALY: €6.90
EUROPE: €16.90
EXTRA EEC: €26.90

Shipping is FREE for:

ITALY: orders over €79.00.
EUROPE: orders over €149.00.
EXTRA EU: orders over €199.00.

For deliveries, a shipping service is offered in 1/2 working days (Monday to Friday): from when the goods are handed over to the courier, they will be delivered within the following 24/48 hours unless there are problems due to the courier itself. Times may vary and the service may not be available for remote areas, islands or in the case of bulky products.

For EXTRA EU countries: Shipments of goods directed to customers residing outside the European Community (extra EU) are to be understood as net of VAT and customs duties. Local VAT and any customs duties will be paid by the recipient and will be requested by the forwarder during delivery of the goods.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders received on the ShopForCycling.com website will be processed within 24-48 working hours from receipt of payment depending on availability.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during Italian holidays will be processed starting from the next working day.

- SCALAPAY: If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer.

For payments by credit card, the following circuits are available: Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, PostePay.
